  • How do I book?
    The easiest way to contact us is via email at glampees@outlook.com, FB messenger or 07887 601145. Once we have confirmed availability we then send a short online booking form. The booking is confirmed and secured once the deposit has been paid. The booking/ security deposits are £40 for teepees and £50 per bell tent.
  • Can the teepees be set up outside during the day?
    No, unfortunately our teepees cannot be used outside because of the risk of windy or wet weather. However we can provide a day hire for indoors, please call for more information.
  • How much space is required?
    Child's teepee will need a space of 110cm wide x 160cm long plus tray. Adult teepee's require 110cm wide x 175cm long plus tray. A further 40cm in length is needed for the tray to stand on the floor at the end of the bed. The teepees can sit a little narrower if needed.
  • Do I need to provide electric for the set up and use of the sleepover packages?
    No electric is required, our lanterns and LED lights are battery operated.
  • Why do I have to pay a security deposit?
    Your booking/security deposit is to be paid in full upon booking. The security deposit will be refunded once the equipment has been collected undamaged and fully tested. Costs for the replacement of any damaged items supplied will be deductible from this deposit. This will be refunded to you within 48 hours. The teepees booking/security deposit is £40 per party and £50 for each bell tent.
  • What are your payment terms?
    We take a booking/security deposit of £40 to secure your booking and hold against damaged items. Payment in full for the party is required 7 days before the party date.
  • Are you insured?
    Yes, we have Public Liability Insurance. Please ask if you require a copy of our certificate.
